- 2 cups vanilla almond milk.
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.
- 1 scoop Ensure protein powder.
- 3 crushed up Oreos.
- blend until smooth.
Banana Nutella Protein Shake
- 1 chopped banana.
- 2 cups vanilla almond milk.
- 1tbsp Nutella. (Substitute peanut butter if you please)
- 1 scoop Ensure protein powder.
